Go To Sim

Go To Sim offers the Experience User a jump to another simulation. A detailed explanation of controls and interface functions is described in the section State Machine Builder User Interface.

1. Within the edit Simulation section of the HyperSkill Desktop application, navigate to the State Machine tab.

2. Click on the desired state and, from the dropdown in either the entry or exit actions, select the type GoToSim.

3. Press the + button to add the action to the action list.

1. Open the dropdown. It lists every simulation you currently have access to, whether you created it or it was shared with you. Select the simulation to go to.

2. When this state is triggered, the Experience User is given the option to go to the selected simulation. Saying “No” to this dialogue dismisses the option.

Note: Make sure anyone you share a simulation with also has access to every simulation connected to it with this action. Otherwise the Experience User may get an error.
