# Rules

The Rules tab can be used to create Rules. Rules are global interactions that are always active. When a Trigger occurs and all conditions are met, then do all of these actions.

Rules are global interactions that are always active, independent of the current state in the Scenario Flow. A Rule follows one pattern: when a Trigger occurs and all of its Conditions are met, all of the Rule's actions are performed.
