# Snap

Snap Triggers force an object to be set to a known location, orientation and rotation. A Snap Trigger has three properties:

* **Owner:** the object that has the Hitbox and that the Entity attaches to.
* **Hitbox:** the Hitbox on the Owner object.
* **Entity:** the object that is snapped.

After a Snap Trigger is performed, the Entity follows the Owner's movement, if any is applied. If the Entity is grabbed, the snap relationship between the Owner and the Entity is removed.
