# Start Timer

New Timer Name: Create a new timer, this timer will be populated in the Timer Name dropdown.

Timer Name: The timer that will be started.

Timer Action: Increment or decrement the timer.

Start Time: Start the timer at this specified time.

Reset Timer: Resets the timer to the specified time.
