# Mixed/Augmented Reality

In addition to Virtual Reality, users can experience HyperSkill simulations in Mixed Reality.&#x20;

**What is Mixed Reality?**

Mixed Reality (MR) blends the physical and digital worlds, creating immersive experiences where digital content interacts with the real environment. Unlike virtual reality, which replaces the real world with a simulated one, MR overlays digital elements onto the physical world, enhancing perception and interaction.

**Uses of Mixed Reality**

From education to industry, healthcare to entertainment, Mixed Reality offers a myriad of applications:

**HyperSkill: Empowering Mixed Reality Experiences**
