# Organizations
Group people under a school, company or team, with shared simulations and a public page on Skillful.

View your organizations at [platform.siminsights.com/users](https://platform.siminsights.com/users), with your role set to Author. **New organization** creates one; you become its owner.
## Your page on Skillful
An organization can have a public page in Skillful: your logo, a line about what you do, a longer description, a link to your website, and a set of simulations you want people to see. It is how a school or company shows its work to anyone browsing Skillful, account or not. Organizations on Skillful is what a visitor sees.
You write it on the **Profile** tab. **Logo**, **Name**, **Tagline**, **Description** and **Website** are the page's content, saved with the bar at the bottom.
Two settings decide whether anyone actually sees it:
* **Skillful listing** controls whether the organization appears in the directory at all. **Public page** is either **Listed** or **Not listed**.
* **Featured sims** controls what is on the page. **Feature sims** picks them from the simulations attached to the organization, and until you choose some the page has nothing to show.
## The people in it
An organization is a set of people, each with a role that decides what they can do.

| Admin | Manage members and content |
| Author | Add and edit the organization's simulations |
| Viewer | See and run the organization's simulations |
On the **Members** tab, **Add member** takes an email address and a role, and **Change role** moves someone later. Opening a member shows their own analytics.
## The simulations it shares
A simulation belongs to whoever built it. Attaching it to an organization is what makes it available to the group: every member can run it, and members with the Author role can edit it.
**Attach sims** on the **Content** tab brings them in from your own library. These are also the simulations you can put on the public page.

An organization's **Analytics** tab covers everyone in it at once, rather than a single simulation or class: how much they are running, and how their skills are moving. See Organization analytics.
## Deleting an organization
**Delete organization**, at the bottom of the **Profile** tab, is for owners only.
