# Subscription and seats

Your plan, billing, and sharing seats with colleagues.

Your plan lives at [**Settings > Subscription**](https://platform.siminsights.com/settings/subscription): which plan you are on, whether it is active, how many seats are in use, how many learners it covers, and when it renews or ends.

**Manage billing** opens the billing portal to change payment details or cancel. After canceling, access continues until the end of the paid period. Manage billing will only appear if you purchased your subscription through Stripe, if you purchased via invoice (fixed contract) contact [support@siminsights.zendesk.com](#sharing-your-plan).

## Sharing your plan

A plan with more than one seat can be shared. Under **People on this plan**, **Invite** takes a colleague/student's email and sends them an invitation. Once they accept they have the plan's access, including Skillful. **Remove** takes a seat back and removes their access.

**Important Note:** Before sharing your plan with another member ensure they have already created an account with that email in Hyperskill.

If you received an seat invitation to a plan, it will appear under **Shared with you** on the same page. Press **Accept**.

If your organization has a plan and you still see **Buy simulation** in Skillful, you probably have not been given a seat yet. Ask whoever manages the plan to invite you.
