# Spark

Conversational simulations with an AI character.

Spark is a no-code tool for building 2D conversational simulations. A learner talks or types with an AI character while you control how that character behaves, what it says, how the learner is scored, and what feedback they get at the end.

Create your first spark at [spark.siminsights.com](https://spark.siminsights.com), using your HyperSkill account.

* [Playing a Spark](/spark/playing-a-spark.md): what a learner does.
* [Building a Spark](/spark/building-a-spark.md): the scenario flow, the character, and how it looks.
* [Scoring and feedback](/spark/scoring-and-feedback.md): agents that grade the conversation and write feedback.

Sparks sit in the Skillful catalog alongside 3D simulations, and can be dropped into lessons like any other activity.
