Teachers
When entering the Classes tab as a teacher, the teacher view will pop up. The teacher view will show all classes created by the teacher, the number of lessons in each class, the number of students in each class, the date each class was created, and an option to create a new class.

In order to create a class, click on the Create Class button in the top right corner. You will then enter a screen where you can type the information you would like to include in the class, including class name, academic year, grade/difficulty, subject, and curriculum. The only required input in this field is the class name, meaning all other information is optional.

After you have filled in the information needed for your new class, you can then move on to adding the students, or learners, to your class. There are two ways to add learners to a class. The first method is by importing the student roster via a CSV file. To do this, move on to the Add Learners section, download the CSV file template linked at the top, fill out the CSV file in the format described in the file, and upload the file back into the upload bar shown below. Once the CSV file has been uploaded, a list of the learners added will be shown in the Learner List section below the upload box.
The second way to add learners to a class is individually. If you would like to add the learners to your class individually, you can skip the Add Learners section and add individual learners once the class is created through the Students tab.

Once you have completed all the previous sections, a final window will show up to confirm all the information about the class. If the information looks correct, you can click the Save Class button and the class will be created.
Note: You can always go back and change the information of a class later once the class is created in the settings tab.

Once the class is created, you will be taken back to the original screen that shows the list of all available classes. If you want to edit or view mroe information of a specific class, click on that class in the general view.

Once you have clicked on the class you would like to edit, you will see three main tabs at the top underneath the class name; the Lessons, Students, and Settings tabs. If you would like to view more information about any of these tabs, visit their respective pages in the user's manual attached to this page.
