# Profile

## Editing your HyperSkill Profile

1. Learner Profile: A "Learner Profile" is a field used by AI in our simulations to give context about the user.
2. Language: You can adjust the "Language" field. Doing so will automatically translate the experience of a simulation, if that simulation supports your chosen language.
3. Role: There are three "roles" in HyperSkill. Author, Teacher, and Learner. Adjusting this role will affect your experince across our applications (dashboard, etc.)
