### Roles

Each member is assigned a role, which can be **Author**, **Editor**, and **Viewer**. The **Owner** role also exists with additional special privileges. The details of each role is described in the chart below.

## Simulation

Simulations can be added to the organization so users will be able to editor or view the simulation. The main use cases are as follows:

* **Authors** can edit simulations added to your organization. This will allow for asynchronous collaboration of simulation authoring.
* **Viewers** can view simulations added to your organization. This will allow authors to quickly share and publish their simulation to all members of their organizations.

### Add / remove simulation

You can view the list of simulations in your organization by clicking on the **Simulations** tab. On this screen you also add and remove simulations from the organization.

## Virtual Entities (VX)

VX can be added to the organization. The typical use case is to give **Authors** access to a pool of VX that have been shared among your organization. This will allow for quick reuse of assets related to your organization.

### Add / Remove VX

You can view the list of VX in your organization by clicking on the **Virtual Objects** tab. On this screen you also add and remove VX from the organization.
